Registration is a 2-step process:
- Register for accommodations/meals package directly through Granlibakken Resort. This package includes: 3 meals/day, use of meeting room space, use of facilities, the sauna, the hot tub, the swimming pool, coffee breaks and 1 social hour per a 2 night stay sponsored by Granlibakken and all taxes and an 18% gratuity for housekeeping and dining room staff is included.
- Register for the training portion of the Retreat. Payable to the co-hosts, Michael Friedl and Jeramy Hale.
Both of these steps must be completed to guarantee that you are completely registered for the Retreat.
STEP BY STEP PROCESS
STEP 1. Register online with Granlibakken Resort
You need to complete an online registration form with Granlibakken Resort. There is also a link at the bottom of this section that will take you directly to the registration page. This registration page will prompt you to select to select your type of room selection (for room information see below).
Options for Rooms:
Standard: Standard bedroom or lodge bedroom. All are equipped with a microwave, mini-fridge, and coffee maker. They can be 1 King, 2 Queens, or 2 Double beds. The Lodge rooms are a bit larger and more modern.
Deluxe: Studios or Lodge Suites. Studios have 1 Queen or 2 Double beds with a pull out sofa. All have a full kitchen, small living room and a patio or a balcony. Lodge Suites have a King in its own bedroom and a Queen bed in a sleeping alcove. They also have full kitchen, balcony, and a wood stove.
The Lodge rooms are roomier and will be available to those who register early.

***You must arrive at Granlibakken the night before for dinner and stay overnight with breakfast and lunch the next day.
***Granlibakken Resort requires a minimum of 2 night stay on the weekend. For example, if you book a room for a Friday you must stay Saturday night as well. This booking includes dinner Friday and Saturday night, breakfast and lunch both Saturday and Sunday.
If you book a room for a Saturday you must stay Sunday night as well. This booking includes dinner Saturday night and Sunday, breakfast and lunch both Sunday and Monday.

TIPS FOR COMPLETING REGISTRATION
Please note your roommate preference (if you have one) in the space provided. You can put several people’s names in this field if you are interested in a group arrangement such as a townhouse.
Also there is a field where you can state your dietary restrictions (vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, etc) and if you have any food allergies.
You must provide your credit card information in order to complete the registration form. Your credit card information will be kept on file but you will not be billed for the Retreat until you check in at the Registration desk at the Granlibakken Resort when you arrive.
You are not quite finished with the registration process. You must also pay seminar fee for each day of training. This payment is separate from the payment for your meals and lodging. Please go to step 2.

You pay a seminar fee for each day that you train of $50/day
Full Retreat $350
This fee can be paid in the following 3 ways:
1. An ACH Direct Deposit to the Aikido at Granlibakken account (Contact Michael or Jeramy for account info)
2. Venmo directly:
